• Payments made for completed milestones, consulting hours, or training programs are strictly non-refundable, unless explicitly agreed upon in a signed written contract.
• Atlantic Tech IT Services is not liable for any secondary transaction fees, currency conversion markups, or intermediary charges levied by your bank or payment gateway provider.

5. Training Programs & Certification Guidelines

For students and professionals enrolled in our 6 Weeks, 6 Months, or Corporate Training programs:

• Mandatory attendance and assignment completion thresholds must be achieved to qualify for course completion certification.
• All curriculum documents, source code, video recordings, and training manuals are the exclusive intellectual property of Atlantic Tech IT Services and cannot be copied, resold, or redistributed.
• Gross academic misconduct, code plagiarism, or violation of institutional codes of conduct will result in immediate removal from programs without tuition refunds.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All materials featured on this platform—including website source code, UI/UX graphic layouts, corporate logos, imagery, proprietary frameworks, and documentation—are the sole property of Atlantic Tech IT Services under applicable copyright laws. Reproduction, mirroring, or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
